We are looking for an experienced food and beverage Professional to join our multi award winning restaurant team at Mallory Court Hotel. As Chef de Rang you must possess good communication skills, a smart appearance and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. Previous experience within a similar property is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible in aiding the smooth running of the fine dining restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, whilst ensuring the restaurant team are performing to the required standard at all times.
