We are looking for an experienced Chef De Rang to join our team.

Overview

To ensure guests needs are met before, during and after their meal and/or stay in the hotel whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times.

Main Responsibilities

To ensure that the agreed standards of service, cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas.

Through staff training ensure the safe and correct use of equipment and cleaning materials.

To be fully conversant with all menu items

To be fully conversant with the wine list and keep up to date with any amendments

To be fully aware and competent in making all beverages offered

To take customer orders correctly and promptly

To advise customers correctly and confidently on their choices

Carry out all mise en place for the week ahead according to function sheets

To be available to attend to customers needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.

To assist with functions when neededTo carry out any reasonable requests made by a member of management / directors

To maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards guests and colleagues
