The Mount Somerset Hotel and Spa is a stunning Regency country house hotel, set in four acres of beautiful grounds. This grand dame of a building sits high upon her mount, cradled in between the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, affording guests some of the best views in Somerset.
The Mount Somerset has won a host of awards including three AA stars for the levels of comfort and hospitality, alongside two AA Rosettes for the outstanding cuisine.
We are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
We are a 19 Bedroomed luxury hotel with a 2 rosette fine dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be a food and beverage professional with the passion and finesse to front the hotel's dining experience and operation, as well as fully support and develop the existing team.
Proven experience of red star standards is required as well as a great can do attitude and excellent guest handling skills.
Mount Somerset Hotel has a restaurant and 3 separate function rooms available for all events and dining options. Newly refurbished throughout with new bedrooms and Spa.
Successful candidate will need to live local to the hotel and be able to drive.
