Details
We are currently looking for a talented and professional Full Time Receptionist to join the Front of House team at The Arden Hotel.
This position involves shift patterns ie Early shift 7-3.30pm, Late shift 3-11.30pm and Middle shift 10-7pm, it is 5/7 days including weekends.
Previous experience within a luxury hotel is desirable along with a good working knowledge of computerised hotel and reservation system.
The ideal candidate will possess a real passion for the hospitality industry along with delivering exceptional customer service ensuring our guests have a truly memorable experience. Candidates will also be immaculately presented with good communication skills.
