Assistant Restaurant Manager – Mallory Court Hotel- 45 hours per week

 

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team, here at our award winning 4AA Red Star – Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa.

 

Along with our award-winning Dining Room, we are currently also re-branding our casual dining concept at Mallory Court Hotel, with a Mediterranean influenced restaurant – Olive & Thyme.  We are seeking a shining personality to help supervise and run both areas.

 

What you’ll be doing?

 

This is a perfect role for someone with previous experience of a similar nature, who loves the buzz of service, has a personality that shines and is a genuine people person.

 

What you’ll be doing?

 

  • Supporting the manager of our Hotel Restaurants, you will be responsible for always ensuring the consistent delivery of genuine hospitality and standards.
  • Working across our different F&B concepts, this role is varied and exciting.
  • You should be self-motivated and thrive in an informal & bustling environment.

 

This role is based upon 45 hours per week, salary of up to £23,000- £25,000 per annum

Minimum gratuities of £750 per annum

 

What you’ll need?

 

  • To be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you;
  • To be friendly, enthusiastic and well presented, with good manners;
  • Strong attention to detail to deliver the very best service standards;
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Leading by example, sharing your experience and skills with the team – bringing a consistent approach across our F&B concepts
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy;
  • Previous supervisory experience is required along with a passion for great customer service and exceptional people skills
