We re proud to announce that two of Eden Hotel Collection’s senior team members have been honoured in the prestigious Boutique Hotelier Power List 2025.
Mark Chambers, Managing Director of Eden Hotel Collection, has been recognised within the ‘Business Leader’ category, marking his second appearance on this influential list. Mark, approaching his 20th anniversary with Eden, has guided our collection of boutique hotels—including Mallory Court Hotel and Bovey Castle to significant national recognition, notably twice being named Small Hotel Group of the Year by the AA. Mark also holds the prestigious Master Innholder status, reflecting the highest international standards in hotel management.
Also celebrated is Lisa Redding, Eden Hotel Collection’s People Director, featured in the ‘Hidden Heroes’ category. Lisa has been instrumental in placing employee wellbeing at the forefront of Eden’s culture, significantly improving team retention rates. Thanks to her efforts, Eden achieved a 97% 90-day staff retention rate, marking the strongest increase since 2018. Her initiatives, including the introduction of the science-backed reward and recognition platform, the Happy Hub, and the Wagestream financial wellbeing tool, have fostered a supportive and engaging workplace.
