We are looking for a Front of House Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are to join the award winning team at The Arden Hotel.

Our ideal candidate will need to ensure all guests are greeted with genuine warmth to the hotel, to work in an efficient manner to maximise sales, ensure all guests are aware of the Hotel facilities and the locality. To be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Reception team and porters whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times. At the Arden Hotel it is ALL about our guest, being 100% customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude, sense of humour, alongside an eye for detail.

Salary: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience
