We have a fantastic opportunity in our exclusive luxury Lodges for a Guest Services Manager.

This role is an integral part of the operational team where you will support consistent delivery of Bovey Castle’s standards and provide our guests with an exemplary experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing the welcome, check in/out and lodge familiarisation for our guests
  • Preparing the welcome baskets for our guest’s arrival
  • Overseeing the dedicated Lodge shop and taking responsibility for sourcing and ordering the products for the shop
  • Providing a bespoke service for all lodge guests regarding booking of activities and dining
  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of the lodge food service
  • You will host and orchestrate the guest experience and be a friendly and approachable face
  • When there are any shortfalls, you will liaise with the guest and ensure these are dealt with efficiently and appropriately

What you’ll need

  • A positive, self-motivated individual who takes personal pride in their role
  • Experience of working in hospitality would be advantageous
  • A great eye for detail and a passion for delivering standards
  • You will be a good communicator – polite and friendly
  • This role involves weekend work so flexibility is vital

Salary quoted is inclusive of £2,000 guaranteed tips per annum.
