In the Detail
Based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
A rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team within their Stratford-Upon-Avon Head Office – this role will provide recruitment and onboarding support as well as generalist HR guidance to all hotels in the collection.
What you’ll be doing?
As HR Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a pro-active resourcing support function. This will include dealing with end to end recruitment and onboarding across the collection. Working with the Head of HR, you will be devising and implementing a recruitment strategy that focuses on pro-active and direct recruitment, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies and importantly provide the hotels with the foundations to impact business results.
A key requirement for this role will be to conduct research into and keep abreast of competitor recruitment initiatives and be continually looking for new ways for us to innovate our approach around resourcing.
Working as part of the HR Head Office function, you will provide HR advice and support, where required, including note taking at employee related meetings, updating the HR system with employee details, co-ordinating and collating payroll paperwork and working alongside Regional HR to ensure attendance across a variety of education-based events during the academic year to promote opportunities in local hotels.
What you’ll need?
The successful candidate will have a clear desire to build a career in Human Resources; will be self-motivated, organised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a proactive and flexible approach to work. You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit and a real and evident passion for our industry.
This role is ideally suited to an HR Administrator who is ready to take the next step, with a strong recruitment background, ideally gained within the hospitality industry. This should, however, be underpinned with generalist HR experience.
What’s in it for you?
Eden Hotel Collection offers fantastic opportunities for anyone looking to progress their career within the hospitality industry. All of our employee’s receive an individual learning pathway with an opportunity to ‘Grow with Eden’ for professional and personal development, alongside being coached and mentored by some of the best in the industry.
If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you.

• Merlin Entertainment discount, including Warwick Castle, London Dungeon, Alton Towers and more!
