Interim Assistant Hotel Manager – Brockencote Hall Hotel

We are looking for an Interim Assistant Hotel Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are to join the award-winning team at Brockencote Hall Hotel for a period circa 6 months.

What you’ll be doing?
As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will responsible for supporting the hotel in a hands-on capacity high levels of guest service are achieved. You will lead, encourage and manage the team through effective delegation under the direction of the hotel’s General Manager.

Ensure that guests expectations are exceeded and repeat business is stimulated through professional and cost-efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations is key.

You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence in all areas of the business whilst also assisting with staff training, appraisal and development.

What you’ll need?
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering 5* experiences to both members and hotel residents.

You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.

You will be someone with a keen eye for numbers, driven by the desire to maximise sales and profitability. As well as a natural people manager, who is motivated by seeing their team succeed.
