Junior Sous Chef – Chaddesley Restaurant at Brockencote Hall Hotel
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef to join our 3AA Rosette, Chaddesley Restaurant at Brockencote Hall Hotel, where Head Chef Tim Jenkins oversees the menus for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
What you’ll be doing?
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be a strong addition to our team, assisting with a variety of daily tasks, which will include working closely with our talented Head Chef to oversee the management of the kitchen. You will be a key team player helping to organise the day to day operations.
You will know this pivotal role is essential in making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork. Working with a team who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers. You will produce exceptional dishes, with the drive to lead and motivate the team to produce first class service.
What you’ll need?
You won’t be expected to have exceptional food knowledge just yet, but it is crucial you have basic cookery skills, such as Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification, but also, just as important is that you share our passion for fresh produce.
We are also interested in your personality too. Your potential, your commitment and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is every bit as important to us as your knife-handling skills.
