Collect points when you stay, dine, spa, golf, join an activity or attend a social season event with us throughout our hotels, collect points and receive rewards to use for your future visits.
For every £1 you spend on accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf, activities and social season event you will earn 1 point that can be redeemed within our hotels.
Once you have collected 200 points with us, you will receive a £10 voucher towards your next visit to redeem on accommodation, food & beverage, spa treatments, golf or social season events! Alternatively, continue collecting to reach 600 points, where you will automatically receive a £30 voucher towards your next visit.

Points are valid for a maximum of 24 months.

Terms and Conditions
For every £1 you spend on directly booked accommodation, food & beverage , spa, golf and social season event (including VAT, not including service charge), you will earn 1 point that can be redeemed within our hotels.
Once you have collected 200 points with us, you will receive a £10 voucher towards your next visit to redeem on accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf or social season event. Alternatively, continue collecting to reach 600 points, where you will automatically receive a £30 voucher towards your next visit.
On sign up receive 100 points
Points are valid for a maximum of 24 months.
Points can be collected on accommodation directly booked with the hotel, plus food & beverage, including lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, spa including spa days and treatments, rounds of golf and social season events.
Points cannot be collected on bookings made via an OTA or third party, group accommodation, events including private dining, weddings, conferences or activities.
Points can be backdated for a maximum of 30 days from the date of sign-up.
The Customer (the person to whom this loyalty number is issued and registered) hereby agrees To be bound by these terms And conditions In relation To his/her participation in the Hotel’s Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme.
The Customer gives permission for the Hotel and Loyalty Pro Ltd, who operate and manage the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme, to record, store and use data and information provided by the Customer to the Hotel or derived from the Customer’s participation in the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme. This data and information may be shared with third parties where the same is necessary to operate the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme.
