Our new Loyalty Scheme

Welcome to Exclusively Eden, our fantastic new loyalty scheme to be used throughout our hotels! When you sign up to our rewards programme, you will be eligible to earn points on accommodation, food & drinks taken in our restaurants, in our Elan Spas, on golf or when you attend our social season events.

For every £1 you spend on accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf and social season event you will earn 1 point that can be redeemed within our hotels, including:

Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa
The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon
Brockencote Hall, Worcestershire
The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Cheltenham
Bovey Castle, Dartmoor National Park

Once you have collected 200 points with us, you will receive a £10 voucher towards your next visit to redeem on accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf or social season events! Alternatively, continue collecting to reach 600 points, where will receive a £30 voucher towards your next visit!

  • Terms and Conditions

    For every £1 you spend on directly booked accommodation, food & beverage , spa, golf and social season event (including VAT, not including service charge), you will earn 1 point that can be redeemed within our hotels.

    Once you have collected 200 points with us, you will receive a £10 voucher towards your next visit to redeem on accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf or social season event. Alternatively, continue collecting to reach 600 points, where will receive a £30 voucher towards your next visit.

    On sign up receive 100 points 

    Points are valid for a maximum of 24 months.

    Points can be collected on accommodation directly booked with the hotel, plus food & beverage, including lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, spa including spa days and treatments, rounds of golf and social season events.

    Points cannot be collected on bookings made via an OTA or third party, group accommodation, events including private dining, weddings, conferences or activities.

    The Customer (the person to whom this loyalty number is issued and registered) hereby agrees To be bound by these terms And conditions In relation To his/her participation in the Hotel’s Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme.

    1. Following acceptance of the Customer’s application to join its Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme the Hotel will supply the Customer with access to the loyalty mobile app with which the Customer can obtain loyalty points and setup an accompanying Customer Loyalty Rewards Account into which such points may be collected.
    2. The loyalty number issued to the Customer remains the property of the Hotel and logins can be cancelled by the Hotel on demand.
    3. Loyalty Points are earned and credited to the Customer’s Loyalty Rewards Account on production of the Loyalty App when purchasing goods or services from the Hotel.
    4. Loyalty Points credited to the Customer’s Loyalty Rewards Account may only be redeemed against goods or services purchased from the Hotel.
    5. Loyalty Points have no alternative cash value.
    6. Redeemed points cannot be used again.
    7. Points will not be awarded on voucher redemption transactions.
    8. Loyalty Points are personal to the holder of the Customer Loyalty Account to which they are credited and cannot be transferred.
    9. Loyalty Points shall be lost if the Customer Loyalty Account Is closed or the Hotel ceases to operate the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme.
    10. Vouchers issued are valid only until the Expiry Date shown.
    11. Points cannot be accrued against any other offers/promotions within the reward scheme.
    12. Vouchers are valid from the day after issue
    13. To opt out of receiving text messages and/or emails please email unsubscribe@loyaltypro.co.uk or use the Customer Portal or Mobile App
    14. The Hotel may close a Customer Loyalty Rewards Account where the Customer has misused the account in any way howsoever or the account is one to which no points have been credited for a preceding period of 12 months. In the event that a Customer Loyalty Rewards Account is so closed, all points credited thereto shall be lost.

    The Customer gives permission for the Hotel and Loyalty Pro Ltd, who operate and manage the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme, to record, store and use data and information provided by the Customer to the Hotel or derived from the Customer’s participation in the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme. This data and information may be shared with third parties where the same is necessary to operate the Customer Loyalty Rewards Programme.
