Restaurant & Bars Manager – The Kings Hotel

We are looking for a Restaurant and Bars Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are to join the award-winning team at The Kings Hotel.

Jackrabbit Restaurant
The Jackrabbit Restaurant, with its golden stone, beamed ceilings and a huge candle strewn open fireplace sets the scene for an evening of cosy dining.

Under the creative eye of Head Chef Greg Newman and his team, you will encounter culinary delights such as roasted cod loin, braised barley, chicken wing, smoked squash and BBQ leeks.

We are proud to hold 3 AA Rosettes for our high standards of service and the quality of our ingredients and dishes.

What you’ll be doing?
As Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department, working closely with all teams to ensure the company standards are constantly maintained throughout the hotel.

Ensure that guests expectations are exceeded and repeat business is stimulated through professional and cost-efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations is key.

You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring all departments are prepared and organised, whilst also assisting with staff training, appraisal and development.

What you’ll need?
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering 5* experiences to guests and hotel residents.

You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.

You will be someone with a keen eye for numbers, driven by the desire to maximise sales and profitability. As well as a natural people manager, who is motivated by seeing their team succeed.
