Overview

 

To ensure guests needs are met before, during and after their meal and/or stay in the hotel whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  1. To ensure that the agreed standards of service, cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas.

 

  1. Through staff training ensure the safe and correct use of equipment and cleaning materials.

 

  1. To be fully conversant with all menu items

 

  1. To be fully conversant with the wine list and keep up to date with any amendments

 

  1. To be fully aware and competent in making all beverages offered

 

  1. To take customer orders correctly and promptly

 

  1. To advise customers correctly and confidently on their choices

 

  1. Carry out all mise en place for the week ahead according to function sheets

 

  1. To be available to attend to customers needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.

 

  1. To assist with functions when needed

 

  1. To carry out any reasonable requests made by a member of management / directors

 

  1. To maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards guests and colleagues

 

  1. Assist with achieving IIP status for the hotel

 

  1. To promote the image of Eden Hotel Collection as a professional organisation
